feat: bundle the Rabbit library and own the messaging roles (#60)

Rabbit is now a Composer library (v2.1.0), so WhatsApp no longer needs the
Rabbit plugin active and binds nothing on rabbit/loaded. The same move
Tamar made for Beacon.

- Require bleedingdeacons/rabbit ^2.1; Requires Plugins is now unity,
  scrutiny instead of rabbit.
- Boot on unity/loaded and register the driver, the HTTP transport and
  Rabbit's MemberMessenger into Unity's container, where any plugin can
  resolve it with unity()->get(MemberMessenger::class).
- Refuse to boot without Scrutiny, which the Rabbit plugin used to enforce.
- Take over the rabbit_* roles: register on activation, remove on
  deactivation and uninstall, and re-register on init when missing, since
  the old Rabbit plugin strips them when it is deactivated.
- The init check names the role as a literal so it does not load
  CapabilityBootstrap on every request. With the class constant, the old
  Rabbit plugin's hooks die with "Cannot redeclare class", as removing
  Beacon did.
- Add WHATSAPP_KILL, replacing RABBIT_KILL.
- CI, PHPStan and the test bootstrap read Rabbit from vendor/, not a
  sibling checkout; Unity is checked out for PHPStan instead.
