fix: introduce outbound requests with a descriptive user-agent

Replaces the static 'WhatsApp for Rabbit (WordPress)' with a string
carrying the plugin version, a contact address and the deployment.

Requires Rabbit carrying Rabbit\Transport\UserAgent.

The shape is AppName/Version (ContactInfo; Environment), asked for by an
upstream whose bot protection was challenging requests that identified
themselves with nothing useful. Environment is this site's home URL, so
test and live are distinguishable upstream without a hand-maintained label.
