Exemplar updates since 2026-05-24

Use absolute (${sourceDir}) paths for CMAKE_PROJECT_TOP_LEVEL_INCLUDES and toolchain files in CMakePresets.json, use boolean cache variable types, add host-system conditions to llvm/appleclang/msvc presets, and build the all_verify_interface_header_sets target alongside all.
Bump infra beman-submodule pin to 7b66b858 and simplify enable-experimental-import-std.cmake to use version-range comparisons (also fixes missing coverage for CMake >= 4.3.3).
Bump infra beman-submodule pin to 7fc85e2e and add CMAKE_EXPERIMENTAL_CXX_IMPORT_STD UUID branch for CMake >= 4.4.0 in enable-experimental-import-std.cmake.
Bump pre-commit hook revisions in .pre-commit-config.yaml: gersemi 0.27.7 -> 0.28.0 and beman-tidy v0.5.2 -> v0.5.4 (clang-format and codespell already up to date).
Bump CMake policy version range max in CMakeLists.txt from 4.3 to 4.4.
