Apply pre-commit formatting (clang-format + gersemi)

The Pre-Commit CI check was failing on b34e4cb. Ran the hooks locally and
applied the auto-fixes: clang-format collapsed two operator() definitions
in unordered_map.test.cpp to single lines and re-aligned the = signs in
flat_map.hpp's template parameter defaults; gersemi reformatted three
CMakeLists files (one-line target_link_libraries / target_sources, multi-
line message(WARNING ...)) and clang-format adjusted trailing-comment
columns in heterogeneous_lookup.cpp. No semantic changes.
