Exemplar updates since 2026-05-24

2efeaf957: Use ${sourceDir}-absolute toolchain file paths in CMakePresets.json, add CMAKE_CXX_EXTENSIONS/CMAKE_CXX_STANDARD_REQUIRED, boolean-typed CMAKE_EXPORT_COMPILE_COMMANDS, hostSystemName conditions on llvm/appleclang/msvc presets, and all_verify_interface_header_sets to the default build targets.
d9d490fab: Bumped infra beman-submodule to latest main (commit_hash 7b66b858d) and simplified enable-experimental-import-std.cmake to use version ranges instead of an exhaustive per-version list.
