Exemplar updates since 2026-05-24

Use absolute (${sourceDir}-relative) paths for CMAKE_TOOLCHAIN_FILE/CMAKE_PROJECT_TOP_LEVEL_INCLUDES in CMakePresets.json, add hostSystemName conditions to llvm/appleclang/msvc presets, set CMAKE_CXX_EXTENSIONS/CMAKE_CXX_STANDARD_REQUIRED, and add all_verify_interface_header_sets to the default build targets (from exemplar commit 2efeaf957).
Bump infra beman-submodule pin to 7b66b858d and simplify enable-experimental-import-std.cmake to use version ranges instead of exact-version enumeration (from exemplar commit d9d490fab).
Bump infra beman-submodule pin to 7fc85e2e2 and add CMake 4.4.0 branch to enable-experimental-import-std.cmake (from exemplar commit da85e13c3).
