2efeaf957: Use absolute (${sourceDir}) paths for CMAKE_TOOLCHAIN_FILE and top-level includes, use boolean cache vars, add host-OS conditions to llvm/appleclang/msvc presets, and build all_verify_interface_header_sets in CMakePresets.json.
