[bugfix] Model widget improperly handles empty and optional fields.
[bugfix] Dict and List inputs failed literal_eval when empty string. returned empty dicts and lists now
[bugfix] Int and Float inputs failed to parse empty string. Returning None now
[bugfix] Model widget had the check to 'optional' backwards.
[bugfix] setValue did not enable optional widgets when set with nonempty values.
