Introduce `LinkRecord` and return it from the link storage

Promote some complex unit tests of the SqliteLinkStorage, which
involved complex stubbing, to integration tests, leaving unit tests to check
correctness of how it interacts with its collaborators.

Rewrite the two feature files about retrieving links as a single one.

Remove unnecessary fixtures

Use the same .coveragerc for all tests. I don't think anymore it's useful to
separately delcare what files are to be covered by e2e tests, mainly because
even though they cover specific parts of those files, other parts are covere
other tests.

Measure coverage for acceptance-integration tests as well.
