Allow querying for all links

Introduce application factory
    This one knows how and what dependencies to inject. Linkstore
    and SqliteLinkStorage no longer default to explicit collaborators,
    they always expect to receive something on construction.

SqliteLinkStorage now receives a connection, instead of a boolean `in_memory`

Use `classmethod` wherever it makes more sense than `staticmethod`

Test for presence of date when link was saved in CLI output

Reorganize test helpers
    I can't seem to find a way to perform relative imports from behave,
    so I had to introduce some duplicity for this.

Refactor tests
    When negating error raises, don't specify for specific error types (it
    may lead to false positives: when an error which is not a subtype of the
    specified error type is raised, the test will pass)

Minor name changes
