Document AWS Event Stream parser specialization for Bedrock

Add comprehensive documentation explaining why the parser is specialized
for Amazon Bedrock rather than being a general-purpose AWS Event Stream
parser. The specialization provides better performance by:

- Only parsing String (type 7) headers used by Bedrock
- Integrating payload decoding in a single pass (JSON -> base64 -> JSON)
- Avoiding overhead of unused header types and multi-step decoding

Also fix incorrect module references in examples to use the full module path.
