Implement HTTP streaming in StreamServer with lifecycle management

- Added `start_http/6` function to initiate HTTP streaming, ensuring proper lifecycle coupling with the StreamServer.
- Enhanced `handle_call/3` to manage HTTP task lifecycle and state updates.
- Updated `start_http_streaming/5` to utilize the new `start_http/6` function.
- Removed unnecessary fixture context handling from the streaming module.
- Improved error handling and logging for HTTP task completions and exits.

These changes streamline the HTTP streaming process and enhance the robustness of the StreamServer's task management.
