Integrate yamcs (#63)

* Added automatic 'elf_file' entry to the wh_defs.yaml file.

* Updated LC yaml file.

* Added extensions to 'elf_files' entries.

* -Fixed elf_files paths

* -Added auto-yamcs as a submodule

* -Updated auto-yamcs to distribution branch

* Removed the ctrl-c trap from the pc-linux-wh PSP.  Also found and fixed a bug in the SIM app.

* -Added yamcs-cfs as a submodule

* -Updated yamcs-cfs to the correct branch

* Additional changes to support YAMCS integration.

* Added XTCE generation to build.

* Fixed problem causing the wh_defs.yaml to not generate properly.

* -Updated auto-yamcs(cleaner logs and fixed remap config)

* Added YAMCS Studio templates.

* -Updated auto-yamcs; the XTCE is valid now.
