Make squeaky weasel phase1 cpd (#60)

* Initial test changes, still in a WIP state. Files and definitions may need to move around. Currently execution fails with unrecognized -rdynamic command line option. The added core/osal/dl/ files may not actually be needed, but adding for now just in case.

* Added Vivado log files to gitignore.

* Removed unneeded core/osal/dl files.

* General cleanup following first commit.

* Checking in more code cleanup as a byproduct of debug investigation.

* Python changes to resolve some errors during make.

* Pushing recent changes. WIP.

* CFS is now starting to boot on the R5.

* Added environment variables to the squeaky weasel PSP.

* Created and used the SDK_WORKSPACE environment variable (eg: SDK_WORKSPACE=/home/mbenson/xsdk-workspace). Fixed f_mkfs not being able to build.

* Refactored the build-vars.cmake files in the PSPs.

* Fixed the squeaky weasel build-vars.cmake file.

* Changes to 'make phase1_rebuild' to reflect recent updates, and to avoid using the reserved 'GIT_DIR'.

* Removed duplicate definitions.

* Added GCOV_SUPPORTED, VALGRIND_SUPPORTED, and CTEST_BUILD_ONLY flags to the PSP build-functions.cmake files.  Fixed the R5 build so most unit tests are building and passing now.

* WIP to integrate osal changes.

* Added 'dl/include' to the freertos includes.  Also in the process of fixing some OSAL unit tests.

* New FreeRTOS OSAL code is building again. Unit tests are building again.  Sleep function is still not working correctly.

* Updated FreeRTOS OSAL shutdown functionality.

* Unit tests almost all passing.

* Most of the FreeRTOS OSAL unit tests are passing now.

* Set the FreeRTOS UT BSP main task priority correctly.

* Removed some UT code from the main OSAL code which was causing the RAM to be preloaded with UT data. Also some formatting and naming cleanup.
