[TASK] Reintroduce missing features, extension cleanup (#893)

* [TASK] Reintroduce missing features, add more feature improvements, extension cleanup
- workspace support (via event)
- php templates (via new API from Core)
- extension API cleanup (interface, more consistent across the board)
- optimizations, code hardening (more checks)
- removed redundant xclasses for better implementations
- handle more deprecations for v14
- introduce new default headless response (cleaned up page response, removed deprecated/not working out of the box) with Headless Legacy as fallback for easy of upgrading
- introduce RichTextFormDefinitionDecorator (handles new ext:form feature)
- introduce nice handling of short urls & QR Codes
- introduce autoconfiguration of ext:form in headless context (JsonRedirect is now autoregistered and avaialbe in Form UI in admin panel
- loads small tweaks & bug fixes
