feat(cli): tab-complete system slugs for `characters gen` and `systems show`

Fetches available system slugs live from the engine on tab, using the
same pattern as character slug completion. Also extracts a `call_engine`
helper to eliminate the duplicated engine-lock boilerplate between the
two fetch methods, and consolidates three structurally identical
completion tests into a single table-driven test.

Previously typing `characters gen dnd<tab>` produced nothing; now it
completes against the list of loaded systems.
