Commit Message

adding interrupt support for mcp23017, this involves adding another thread so went ahead and tried to optimize the stacksizes for the time being. lastly, added an environment variable type setup in the firmware for way easier access to runtime globals for single core multithreading. seems to be working, but it may end up being too much overhead - not really sure at that point
