Upgrade x/crypto/ssh subtree to v0.53.0

- "Merge commit 'db2b33e13'"

- `git subtree pull --squash --prefix psiphon/common/crypto https://github.com/golang/crypto.git v0.53.0`

- Remove recording tests and test data, which are not compatible with Psiphon
  patches. Remove related OpenSSH tests.

- Expand TestRandomizedSSHKEXes weak algorithm check
