Upgrade dependencies

* Default node version set to 10.1.0 with `.node-version` (for nodenv
  users).
* Travis set to test node 8 & 10.
* Made sure the following major upgrades cause no issue:
  * fs-extra 5 -> 6 (to embed the database diagram)
  * mocha 4 -> 5 (test framework)
  * onchange 3 -> 4 (file watcher)
  * raml2html 6 -> 7 (to generate API documentation)
