Update tasks to use path to uploaded data

This further refines the intake process to unpack the uploaded bag
up front. The absolute path to the unpacked bag gets passed to each
task. With this change, tasks have become much less dependent on
each other. Tasks no longer return anything and rather than being
run through composition are simply run one after the other.
