refactor(search): fold async search into a sealed Search seam

search: takes NoSearch (default) or AsyncSearch(fetchPage:, cachePolicy:), replacing the nullable searchFetchPage + always-present searchCachePolicy. The cache policy now lives inside AsyncSearch, so it can't sit inert on a non-search list.
