fix: emit two-brand list for Chromium-only UAs (#18)

* fix: emit two-brand list for Chromium-only UAs

Pure Chromium builds have no additional product brand. Always treating
the parsed "Chromium" name as a third brand duplicated Chromium in
sec-ch-ua and broke fingerprint parity with real Chromium.
