Migrate to Plone 6.2

Python 3 only, Plone 4 support dropped (Plone 4.3/6.0 buildouts, six,
PLONE_VERSION, plone4 profile and upgrade steps removed), single default
profile, black/isort (120).

- Buildout for Plone 6.2 (test-6.2.cfg, checkouts.cfg with the Plone 6
  branches of the dependencies, horse-with-no-namespace), GitHub Actions
  on 6.2 with code-analysis and Coveralls.
- collective.dexteritytextindexer replaced by plone.app.dexterity
  textindexer, plone.formwidget.autocomplete and collective.z3cform.select2
  by the plone.app.z3cform select2 widgets (folder search still filtered by
  the selected categories), eea.facetednavigation 16 (faceted.navigable
  behavior, bytes for _import_xml, new autocomplete import).
- Templates without Plone 4 skin scripts, collapsibles and <base>.
- Fixes: services_in_charge/services_in_copy vocabularies registered as
  components, re.sub count, folders column with an inaccessible folder,
  empty folder search, annex description default, translation without
  compiled catalogs.
- Tests adapted to Plone 6.2, page render tests added.
