* registration of persistence components

* delete unused classes

* * NeoSharpRepository superclass added to expose the IRepository interface to the Application
* Register RedisDb and RockDb with their own interface based on the IRepository interface
* Hook the NeoSharpRepository in the Blockchain AddBlock is called.
