Fixed: CORS preflight checks Access-Control-Request-Headers properly

Previously, the Access-Control-Request-Headers header in the preflight request
was checked with case sensitivity. However, the CORS specification says this
should be done case insensitively, so I was getting erroneous rejections.

The Access-Control-Request-Headers check is now case-insensitive.
