Commit Message

Fixed: ComplexHandler.make_extra_fields() handles SolrError gracefully

Previously, a SolrError in make_extra_fields() would cause the whole request
to fail. Now, such an error is handled locally, so the overall request will
succeed (though without the "extra fields").
