bugfix: add http headers to fix chrome issues

add proper http header and json content type to json rest responses
from the conduit node viewer

a recent security change in chrome (and possibility in safari)
disabled connections from old http protocols on non standard ports

to avoid the issue, we use the following header for json messages:

HTTP/1.1
Content-Type: application/json
