fix: escape revision range

The shell command to query the tags accept use input since version 1.3.0. It wasn’t escaped and accept revision range; e.g. ‘HEAD; rm -rf /’ which query the tags from the current branch and then try remove everything.

Tagged Version now spawn a git child process instead of executing a shell command, and let child-process-promise escape all arguments.
