LettError
Split locations were not properly handled in the warp/bender code.
- WarpMutator checks for tuple values in the request.
- nobend() function tests for tuple values
- do not assume the bender object has a __name__ attribute, resulted in an error in the raise in line 116.
- Adds some tests for bending split locations.

If an axis has no map just return the original value (line 109). Make sure unmapped axes are also in the warps dictionary with None. (line 54)

Note: if you happen to write your own warp functions (so, not the maps, but actual python function objects), these functions need to handle tuple values as well.
