Avoid repeated tree serialization (#5)

* Added code to make the json serialized version of patches refer to the baseline tree node objects by depth first index instead of repeatedly serializing portions of the VDom tree in the patch.

* Added some specific tests that verify the serialization and deserialization of the patch vNodes.

* Fixed linting errors and got coverage back to 100%
