[WP-549] provide accessibility text for loading button  (#99)

* fix: change the code in css file

improved code in index.css file

* fix: WP-549 fixing css styles

fixing styles and selectors according to BEM specification.

* fix: wp-549 remove example from css file

removed useless example from src/example.css file.

* feat: add missed tests and use props loadingText instead of props loadContent

it was added three unit tests and used props loadingText instead of loadingContent

* fix: wp-549 remove isRequired from prop loadingText

remove isRequired from prop loadingText in propType func and added as default props into defaultProps func.

* fix: wp-549 add anchor tag instead of div tag

this commit change div tag to anchor tag
