Fix issue where BatchingBolts fail all batches when exit_on_exception is False (#43)

The previous behavior was not necessarily a bug, but it was highly unexpected.
If we're not exiting for an exception, then only the batch that's causing us
problems should be auto failed when `auto_fail` is set. Otherwise we're failing
perfectly fine tuples.
