* Linting now standard,
- removed linter.js
- removed spacey-standard in favour of standard
- relinted all files for compatability
- modified linter command to run standard
- added related readme modifications
- corrected added and corrected commit check

* Doc changes
- moved ref docs into own folder
- renamed create-a-release.md to how-to-release.md for clarity
- updated gitignore for coverage and removed uneeded ignores
- tidied package.json

* Remove linter.js, not needed any longer

* Removed file in favour of flag

* Corrected package author to match license owner

* Travis and Coveralls,
- coverage is now reported to coveralls,
- travis now runs the same commit-check command precommit runs

* Removed nvmrc file, we shouldn't assume nvm

* Remove rebase files, verify tests run via commit-check

* Updates to readme

* Doh

* Correct spelling and spacing nits

* Final lint post merges

* Contributors added
