Graph widget: don't attempt to render invisible edges and nodes

The Cytoscape renderer data structure we use to avoid needing to
calculate positions ourselves is not populated for hidden elements.
Given that they shouldn't be rendered in the first place, hidden
elements are now ignored altogether for SVG export.

Thanks to Anita Burgos for reporting this issue.
