fix: edit resource record types

Trying to get the initial RFC 1035 defined RR types supported, so this
adds the `PTR` type. Query type 253 (MAILB) appears to be pretty much
obsolete, so this removes that query type. The authoritative zone
transfer mechanism opens up some big security concerns. In addition,
modern backends provide many other mechanisms for automatic zone file
synchronization.

Both of the removed query types are still manually accessible (through
the `Unknown` type), but are not generally available.
