Commit Message

Remove redundant save call

Only `save` calls `create_external_resources`, currently, so we don't
need a second `account.save` at the end.

Nothing is altered in the account model during external resource
construction and if the point is to ensure the account is persisted for
external resources being constructed, then the save should logically
move to the top of the method.  (It might fail!)
