* SPARTA-748 Api response the path of the file uploaded

* Fixed test.

* SPARTA-748 The endpoint of the drivers is now listed in swagger.

Also code review :
- PluginActor.scala : The variables not need type only functions must have the type explicity
- dist/pom.xml : must be /opt/sds/plugins

* SPARTA-748 Added \ to docker commands for easy copy paste.
