Refactor Settings class fields

- Remove string fields
- Introduce Algorithm and Approximation enums
- Change the layout
- "none" instead of "no" as an Approximation option

As a result of refactoring the Settings instances are cheaper to copy.
The size is reduced from 100+b to 48 b.
This should minimize the performance overhead of
storing and passing Setting by value in analysis facilities.
