Always use return value of ::DBI::Downloads::store_download()

store_download() makes a deep copy of $download (because it can't edit
variables passed back by Inline::Python), but callers were relying on
$download argument being auto-magically modified to reflect the stored
download (e.g. downloads.path being set).
