[BUGFIX] Only perform moveRecord hooks on tt_content

Since refactoring the DataHandler integration and using
moveRecord hooks, record move operations would in
some cases be performed also on other tables than
tt_content, e.g. pages. A guard clause is implemented to
skip processing non-content tables.
