Migration from Java7 to Java8 build.

Changed Java version property in pom.xml. There is wrong reference of Javadoc for JPA 2.1. With JDK 8, a new part has been added to Javadoc called doclint and it changes that friendly behaviour. In particular, the tool aim to get conforming W3C HTML 4.01 HTML (despite the fact that humans are very bad at matching conformance with HTML). Therefore a lot of documentation has been corrected and doclint is deactivated for Java1.8+ build.
