Add tests for ISO repos from a feed URL

First include two new constants for the pulp-fixtures' file and
file-mixed fixtures. Then create two new tests, one to ensure Pulp syncs
properly for a valid fixture (file) and fail properly for an invalid
fixture (file-mixed).

Closes #482
