Switch Travis to testing with Docker (#181)

* Disable ssl by default

I'll turn this back on, but I want to get the docker workflow down
without ssl and then add it back.

* Configure travis to use docker

* Add docker_up script (git duh)

* Add more portable script to get docker ip

* Remove hardcoded en0

* Trying to debug the travis networking

* Use eth0 for travis

* Try supplying the ip of eth0

* Set the IP in the correct place

This is a bit of a mess and it wasn't working on my mac but I tried
without docker and those weren't working either, so I wanted to see if
it would work on Travis

* Fix path to ci scripts

* Hack around to try isolating 1 node

* Copy config file before sed, set ssl debug

* Version that may work?

* Try connecting to 0.0.0.0

* Fix ci_setup script to match docker_up

* Show kafka2 logs, reduce ssl logger level

* Explicitly expose sequential ports

* Show logs after first test run

* Put zookeeper on 0.0.0.0
