Update the "salmon algorithm" live during evening rush

Made several tweaks to the final sorting and filtering of the salmon routes live during evening rush so that the results are meaningful
without duplicates, and also prioritizing sooner backwards trains that can go the furthest.

Also added getSalmonTimeFromRoute helper
