bootman/files: Fix problematic file_get_text function

Valgrind tests in a newer branch on the initrd work revealed this
function to be somewhat flaky, tripping up valgrind on multiple errors.
For the sake of simplicity, we swap it for a much simpler strdup of
an mmap'd buffer.
