Extract Account, DalAccount from User, DalUser

The goal of the refactoring is double
-be able to use User data for machine learning without accessing identity
-isolate a user doc matching service that will use current dal and frontendstruct model internaly
 while server access it's own dal (dalaccount for now)

For now
-the account_id is unicode from id generated on save to datastore
-the user_id is identical to account_id
