(feat): Add unit tests for poller package (#58)

* (feat): Add unit tests for poller package

This pull request will do the following:

* Add unit tests for connection and connection stream files
* Add interfaces for Session, Connection and ConnectionStream
* Add error handling for connection counts

Outstanding tasks include better use of concurrency testing and
assertions on connect requests.

Also, currently missing tests on Session and Scheduler

* (fix): Move mock in the correct directory

* (fix): Rebase with master

* (fix): Address all comments except for channel

* (fix): Add const for errors

* (fix): Remove the time.sleep

* (fix): Remove giant if block

* (fix): put time methods into go routines

* (fix): Put the timeout and stop methods in go func

* (fix): Update to include a sleep before calling Stop()

* (fix): Fixed interface names and added comments for godocs

* (fix): Add scheduler tests

* (fix): Update WaitCh godoc

* (fix): Update period to only run once during jitter timeframe

* (fix): Update period to > jitter

* (fix): Created a utils/test file for all test utilities

* (fix): Add the actual file for utils

* (fix): Update glide.lock
