[BUGFIX] Set default value for ‘tx_t3events_domain_model_person.birthday’ to ‘1000-01-01’ in ext_tables.sql

According to MySQL-documentation (http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.7/en/datetime.html) the supported range of date type is
'1000-01-01' to '9999-12-31'. So ‘0000-00-00’ is not a valid default value.
