[BUG]: don't parse zero-length bodies

The HTTP spec allows for PUT and POST with zero-length bodies. Zero-length
bodies fail JSON.parse however, which means take-five would reject them.

This skips parsing (and dealing with) POST or PUT bodies when the content-length
is 0.
