Sligtly speed up network (splitting of mutations to sites:

previously it was O(s*m) where s - count of sites, m - count of mutations,
now it is more like O(s + m + log(s) + log(m)) in the most common case
(when we have much less sites than mutations and mutations are not too dense).
Add unit test and tests for network view.
